GRAPE VARIETY

Aromatic varieties characteristic of the high area of the Treviso region.

REGION

Obtained from grapes grown on the sunny hills of the Val de Brun estate.

VINIFICATION

Part of the red grapes are vinified separately with a short maceration, which transmits  the wine this typical colour and tone, highly sought-after by  great lovers of “classic” sparkling wine, wine with a particular fragrance with a high amount. The scrupulous and careful champagnization of the base wine for 20/30 days, at low temperature, generates a balanced, delicate, very elegant and complete product.

SERVING TEMPERATURE 5-6°C.

TASTING NOTES

Beading: fine with a brilliant transparency and a pale ruby tone.

Colour: pale pink.

Odour: sweet, inviting, aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers.

Flavour: dry, sapid, lively harmonic and delicately aromatic.
