- We accept Phone and tablet returns within 7 days from the original delivery date. Therefore, for Waziri to accept your return, you must bring in all the original packaging and accessories, and the device must be with no physical or water damage.
- However, if you return a cell phone you must have your receipt for a successful return or refund.
- All returned Phones and tablets must be returned with a fault report.
- Phones returned must not have any content such as pictures, messages, or any other unnecessary information, or else the returns will not be acceptable
- If the cell phone or tablet is still under warranty cover, it means that the cell phone or the tablet will have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- If the returned Phone or tablet is malfunctioning it means the cell phone will have to be returned to the Vendor.
- You also must include original components including the device, battery, charger, manual, and unopened software. If anything is missing or the device is not in like-new condition, your return may not be accepted
- However, some items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for a refund. Such as boxers, swimwear, paints, and all other undergarments.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
