Astoria Fashion Victim is a sparkling wine from the Astoria company designed to offer balance and consistency.

With hilly terrain located at approx. 150 meters above sea level and vines with an average age of around 12 years, we proceed to the manual harvest followed by soft pressing and static decanting of the must. Fermentation in steel with selected indigenous yeasts follows. After contact with the noble lees for a month, it is then transferred to a pressurized tank for the second fermentation. Another 30 days of ageing before bottling.

The result is a light straw yellow sparkling wine, with a dense pelage and creamy hints of peach, orange peel, and green apple. On the palate, it is incisive and structured, with an acid texture softened by fruity scents and good persistence.

Wine to be consumed throughout the meal, it is suitable for elegant aperitifs based on cheeses and salami, white meats and lake fish.
