HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON WAZIRI?

Visit the Waziri online store and search for the item through the search bar, click on the item to add to your cart. Then proceed to check out you can also place an order by contacting our support team at sales@waziri.ng.

HOW TO KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once you place an order you will receive an email from our support team to confirm your order.

WHY DO I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ADD PRODUCTS TO THE SHOPPING CART?

If you are finding it difficult to add products to your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant size and colour selections. However, if you still have problems, this means that the item you are trying to purchase is sold out.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Sure! You can cancel or change your order whichever the case may be within 24 hours of confirmation. Nevertheless, you can also contact us with your name and order number at sales@waziri.ng. Please indicate the issue as we always aim to respond in 3 working days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It all depends on your city. Furthermore, you can check the status of your order anytime. Our standard delivery policy is 3 to 5 working days.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Of course. If you are not satisfied with your items, or if you received a faulty item simply email our customer support team at info@waziri.com

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after you have placed an order. However, if you want to change your shipping address all you must do is cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address. Then reject the delivery of the order with the wrong shipping address once you are contacted by our delivery agent.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEEN DELAYED?

Be rest assured that we are doing all that we can to get your order delivered to you very fast. The delay is possible due to the higher-than-normal volume of demand that we have recently experienced.

CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM MYSELF INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Sure, this option is widely open to every Waziri customer when placing an order from any store. Once your item is available for pick up you will receive a notification.
